We stand behind everything we carry. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll sort it out.

ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective or damaged items only. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

HOW TO FILE A RETURN
Email shop.thecuratedsupply@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective item within 7 days of receipt. We'll respond within 1-2 working days.

Return shipping for confirmed defective items is on us.

RESOLUTION
Choose between a full refund or an exchange for any item/s of equal value. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
